Reiki healing can be traced back thousands of years from all over the planet. There are many different systems from Chakras in India to acupuncture in China. Some of them differ greatly but the one thing they all have in common is they work with the body’s energy to aid healing. The system of healing using Reiki is actually just under 100 years old as it was developed by Dr Mikao Usui in the early 1900’s in Japan.
